1. How Shipping Is Arranged

Purchases are arranged individually through the contact form — the shipping method, cost, and destination are confirmed with you as part of each order. All artworks ship from Israel. Once payment is confirmed, the artwork is carefully prepared and handed to the carrier within 5–7 business days.

2. Packaging

All artworks are professionally packaged with acid-free materials, protective wrapping, and rigid cardboard or wooden crating for larger pieces. Paintings are shipped with corner protectors and moisture barriers.

3. Carriers & Delivery Times

Shipments are handled by reputable carriers (DHL, FedEx, or local equivalents). Delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–7 business days within Israel and 7–21 business days internationally. The estimated delivery date for your artwork is confirmed with your order.

4. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the agreed price.

5. Damage or Loss in Transit

All shipments are insured. If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Transit damage never limits your statutory cancellation rights — see the Terms & Conditions.
