Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase. Each piece is inspected and packaged by hand to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

2. Packaging

All artworks are professionally packaged with acid-free materials, protective wrapping, and rigid cardboard or wooden crating for larger pieces. Paintings are shipped with corner protectors and moisture barriers.

3. Carriers & Delivery Times

Shipments are handled by reputable carriers (DHL, FedEx, or local equivalents). Delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–7 business days domestically and 7–21 business days internationally.

4. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

5. Damage or Loss in Transit

All shipments are insured. If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
